school and home. Training is facilitated in the form
of a Retreat, or a one or two day seminar. Participants

PEER MEDIATION
AND
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
This all inclusive program trains teachers and students how to facilitate a Peer Mediation program in school. Students learn how to help their peers settle disputes in a non-confrontational manner.
Percentages of conflicts drop dramatically when a successful Peer Mediation program is implemented.
This program teaches students skills that are effective in school as well as the work setting.
Teachers learn how to facilitate future Peer Mediation programs.
